Jihadists, allies enter Syria’s second city in lightning assault

BEIRUT, Lebanon—Jihadists and their Turkish-backed allies reached Syria’s second city of Aleppo on Friday, as they pressed a lightning offensive against forces of the Iranian- and Russian-backed government.
