Lotto: Higher jackpot launch pushes sales up over 38%, says PCSO

MANILA, Philippines – The implementation of higher minimum jackpot prizes resulted in a 38-percent surge in lotto sales, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said Monday.
